How this is calculated

Half-up rounding to the nearest cent. Payment Links are included with Payments at no extra charge; this is the standard US domestic online card rate.

processing = round(charge × 2.9%) + $0.30
billing = round(charge × 0.7%) if Billing toggle is on
net        = charge − processing − billing

$39 card, no Billing: 39 × 2.9% = $1.131 → $1.13, plus $0.30 = $1.43 fees, $37.57 net. With Billing: + $0.27 → $1.70 fees, $37.30 net.
